Looking at the 2014 draft is interesting. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014_AFL_draft From the top 10, Wright looks like he could develop into something special, and Darcy Moore also looks good but was never going to be available to us. If you keep going down the draft, the only players that really stand out to me are Lever and Heeney (who also was never going to be available).

McDonald has shown more in his short career than Rance showed in his first 50-odd games. Tom will be fine, more than fine. Having a bit of a bad patch after a stellar start to the year, but he'll come good.

He has played what, like 11 games? He's not Neitz for christ sake. At least not yet.

Even better than Neeld's spray was Tim Watson's huge, angry moan on the ch7 commentary. It was like he was THAT frustrated by the turnover that he just couldn't hold it in... it might sound weird but i enjoyed that.
