  1. I honestly have no clue about such rules Saty but I'm sure someone will enlighten us.
  2. I'm glad you mentioned this Steve and I would like clarification. I'm certain I heard on the radio today that Richmond could replace Yarran through the draft.
  3. Good heavens (or should that be good nirvanas) Ernie! I cast off the restraints of the Kama Sutra years ago. I have much improved restraints nowadays.
  4. Good news.
  5. Robbo is the chief football writer for that rag. Says it all really dc.
  6. I must say Moon that my time in rehab was less arduous than usual. I believe the staff were still soiled and attempting to recover from attending to Biffen during his recent stay. There was ,however, much wailing and cries of despair from a highly secure corner of that sad establishment. Discreet enquiries suggest that a certain Doctor, well known in these parts, was refining his electroconvulsive therapies on some poor wretch's soul. One can only speculate that the answer to Deeluded's mysterious disappearance may lie within that evil laboratory.
  7. Thank you for the unwanted (if reasonably accurate) appraisal of my character Biffen. The spoken and written word seems to be pushed ever further into blandness in its expression and mediocrity in its content. I was once politically of the left but now care little about such matters. Indeed in any matters really beyond simple and selfish pleasures. However, on the rare occasion I give consideration to broader issues, I still believe suppression of thoughts, ideas and expression is always to a group or society's detriment.
  8. Argh yes Red, the joy and inspiration of reading. I often wonder where I would be without the wise counsel provided by the Marquis.
  9. You're ahead of me SWYL, I've never actually been able to work out the shop's location!
  10. Good God Mable!! What sort of heathens are you Canucks? Even the banana maniacs on this thread are not that crazed!!!
  11. My dog is clever but cooking is beyond him.
  12. Well well the unfairness of our world!! Your good Uncle Bitter has been very busy of late - dealing, as an honest toiler does, with the many complexities that life throws up. And what do I find on a brief visit to Demonland ? The ever filthy Biffen has had a restful month in rehab. Three squares a day and a comfortable room with a large screen tv while I toil away. Where is the justice in that? Meanwhile, among my many manorial responsibilities, I am trying to restore neighbourly relations. My loyal hound ( the one who terrorises children on Halloween) went a tad beyond his responsibilities. He decided my neighbour's Guinea Fowl flock needed culling and ... well he proceeded to do so. I must say he displayed a righteous vigour similar to the moderators on this site. Well .... as you can guess this caused a few previous neighbourly differences to bubble to the surface again - the missing wine delivery and the "misunderstanding" with his Mrs being foremost. The honest citizens toil while the recidivists like Biffen live the high life. What a world we live in.
  13. Now Moon I'm not sure what you're on about. I can't believe that middle age blokes with no talent hang around pubs and try to play music. Who would take them seriously ?
  14. Think you've nailed it faulty. The idea of topping himself at 16 before going to the tigers is suggestive.
  15. Nah, I'm finished with brothels Moonie. My investment properties are either going to be BDSM clubs or places for failed musicians. You know, knuckleheads who think they can play the guitar etc.
  16. FMD! I feel sorry for the poor [censored] if that's how he's remembered as a footballer.
  17. Yes I agree Bombay, very similar situation but I feel more confident that Weed will displace Pedo by season's end.
  18. Perhaps I need to clarify my comment Bombay. It's not that I cannot see Jetta being replaced at some point but rather that I don't see Milkshake as an automatic replacement or even as an immediate selection as many do. He is a workmanlike performer who has been out of football for a year. He has to a bit to prove before he gets a game.
  19. Ointments and leather are a happy combination Moon - where and how did you learn this? I hope it was it painful?
  20. Change of topic ....Halloween. What a wonderful night I set the dog onto little kids as they come up the drive. He knocks them over, terrifies them and makes them cry. I've got a terrific picture if I can post it. Anyway back to it.
  21. Jetta for Milkshake Bombay and we are pretty well in agreement.
  22. I would be proud to win an award that carried that great Australian's name. BTW knucklehead it's Romsey!
  23. OK picket, you've had over 3 days to recover from the drug induced state that led you to post this. WTF were you trying to say?
  24. Very decent of you to provide all those useful Westralian insights Ethan. Best we leave it in demon-fanatic's hands now
