Indeed dc but I have learnt when dealing with Telcos, power providers and such the email works much better for me. Phone enquiries always seem to end in tears. "Our sincere apologies these errors has not been brought to light earlier and amounts had already erroneous been extracted for the uncancelled ADSL services.
