I think you missed my point C&B... I consider the real culprits in this to be the On the Couch crew who managed to lead McLean up that path...unfortunately he wasn't smart enough to realise it until it was too late. What is currently happening to our club is almost entirely down to journos and their insatiable appetites for cheap sensationalism.

Yes McLean did the wrong thing (even though it was likely not intentional - he was led up that path by the On the Couch crew), but some of the comments in your post C&B, are as lacking in class as you claim him to be. I don't think it's just McLean who's harbouring resentment.

I came into this expecting some great expose regarding McLean's departure, only to be disappointed... a simple "?" mark would have made all of the difference. And before you get upset over my pickiness, let me point out why grammar can be important; as an example, I will use capitalisation which can stop many potentially embarrassing situations... it could be the difference between "helping your Uncle Jack off a horse." or "helping your uncle jack off a horse.".

In the context of what WYL was responding to and taking the entire contents (2 lines) of WYL's post (especially the "Always thought so" line) into consideration, it was pretty apparent that he was posing a question to RF. Anyway, this topic was concerning ADC and on that matter, I would think he is just an attention seeking troll (tautology, I know) that has absolutely no connection with the club (not even as a supporter).

I might be wrong (and I often am), but to me it's looking more and more like Schwab and Connolly are going to be carrying the can for this and that the MFC as a whole will probably not be hit with too big a penalty. You would have to think that if the AFL come down on us too hard, it's going to open a can of worms that will be too hard to contain... and I think that that is probably the last thing that Vlad and his crew will be wanting to manage (otherwise, how is he going to maintain his rep as Australia's greatest sports administrator?).

In replay to the deleted post claiming we got @$*&ed hard, how so? I see 9 very winnable games and depending on how our new look team comes together and how they take to the game plan, they can improve upon that as there are a number that could go either way (Lions in Brissy, Freo in Melb, Tiges and even Adelaide is not a forgone conclusion).
