  1. Not to mention all of those other players who don't even have Twitter accounts... they have lost all interest in everything, poor souls!
  2. Hang on a moment.... you said it was from a source... now it is from your perception of his Tweets?? Comedy gold.
  3. RF... I find it funny that as soon as anyone questions your statements, you become abusive... you are seriously losing it. Of course the GP charge hasn't yet been brought in yet, but there has been talk of it being introduced.... do you have anything to say that they have relented on that idea? And as far as letting the truth get in the way of a good story, shall we get back to Peter Reith and his efforts to dismiss the truth about the children overboard affair? Oh yes, and has Gillard actually been officially charged with anything yet? No? Well how about you let justice take it's course rather than acting as judge and jury yourself... hypocrite. And while on the subject of hypocrites, here is a nice example I found in the wiki - not related to anything in particular, but I thought I would throw it in just so you can maintain your rage: "A good example of a true hypocrite is the Australian politician, Christopher Pyne. On Thursday, February 13, 2014 he described the conduct of opposition Members of Parliament as "ungentlemanly" and "rude" after a number of Members were disciplined by speaker Bronnie "Kerosine" Bishop. Mr Pyne, often referred to as a mincing poodle, even by members of his own political party, actually holds the record for being disciplined more times than any other Member in the 112 year history of the Australian Parliament. On one occasion, he even resorted to the rude and somewhat childish act of poking his tongue at the then Speaker, Anna Burke."
  4. Ziiiinnngg!!
  5. Not to mention the children overboard episode (which Reith is now trying to fend off as a mere trifle), Or that imposing a fee for GP visits on top of the Medicare levy is fair to the poor (talking of reverse robins)
  6. There is plenty of respect... last year they would have had us at $10.50!
  7. He is actually a very good photographer... well above average I would say, with a very good eye for composition and mood which in this day and age of digital photography, is probably the difference between success and failure. But I would say that he is far from finished with his football career... he strikes me as the kind of person who will not leave while there is unfinished business.
  8. I call BS
  9. Nor was the person you were responding to... he was asking a simple question and then clarified by stating the reason for the question (although I only saw the line being quoted as the original post had been deleted).
  10. Until now that is
  11. I would never put the house on anything to do with the MFC's chances... I'm just fantasizing OD
  12. As opposed to roughly 247m christians in the USA... in both cases, I would think that for the majority, it is just a religion and nothing more.
  13. What I would like more than a win, would be to see the Richmond supporters going into meltdown having been beaten by a second string MFC team.
  14. Actually DC, you will find that Indonesia is the country with the largest islamic population.
  15. The way I heard it was that they just couldn't see any point in continuing with the calendar.
  16. Well now you can.
  17. I would probably swap Toumpas and Viney, and I'm not so sure Fitz is ready to go as he wasn't mentioned at all in the Roos article (would have thought he would have been one of the first mentioned as a stopgap forward), but otherwise looks about right.
  18. Bad cold?
  19. I hadn't realised that OD (but a quick Google proves you right)... I like James Squire beers but wasn't aware that they had been acquired by Lion Nathan who are in turn owned by Kirin.
  20. Hey OD, separate the cork from that piece of string and the pop gun becomes an effective weapon. (not sure where I'm going with that, but I think it sounds good.)
  21. Yeah... we finally get a midfield in place that might get the ball to the forwards, but this week we will have no forwards for them to get the ball to :-) I'm actually a little excited about what this may force them to do... we might see Toumpas given a run forward which might in turn see Salem get a run. We will now almost definitely see JKH get a run and maybe even Barry. The Pedster has been firing in training (or so we are told), so if the mids can get the ball to that end of the ground effectively, there is no reason why he and Howe cannot contribute on the scoreboard (we also have Dunn who can, at a pinch, go forward).
  22. Where does he say that? Link?
  23. Just out of curiosity and directed at all who have been attending training sessions this pre season... what's the general consensus regarding Miller's coaching ability? Does he appear to be having a positive affect?
