  1. He started off like a house on fire, but I thought it was the right decision to sub him. He still can't quite run out a game.
  2. I didn't feel we tackled enough, P and the stats reflected that. I felt our tackling against Adelaide earlier in the year was far more ferocious and consistent. Each to their own, I guess.
  3. Tyson was brilliant. What a complete game. 32 touches, 2 goals and 7 tackles.
  4. Gibbs has been good this season, but he's cusp b grader. Meanwhile, Kruezer would be lucky to be a b grader on output thus far. Why the spotlight hasn't fallen on him, I'll never know. Oh yeah. He plays at Carlton. What a joke.
  5. What absolute rubbish. We will not finish bottom and we should not get rid of Watts, Trengove or Garland.
  6. If participation levels in the APS are anything to go by, penetration is deep. You'll have three AFL teams and then 5 boys and 3 girls 'soccer' teams. It has blown up in the last 15 years, more so even since I left school in 2005. Continual World Cup qualification means increased facilities, resources and participation.
  7. Way better game to play than AFL.
  8. Sounds like a good guy. He just doesn't know the difference between its and it's. I agree, to an extent, DL. We need to put as much time into strengthening our midfield as we can, but if we sign Cameron, our bookends are set again. We have plenty of cap room and could still have enough to offer Shiel, Treloar or Coniglio $600k at the end of it. Roos and co will also back themselves to pick up some mids on the cheap. That's a signature of Roos' entire coaching career.
  9. I agree. I'd put Grimes and M Jones in the NOT GOOD ENOUGH category, otherwise I agree with the OP.
  10. I like it. It's going to be our jumper from next season on, isn't it?
  11. It's a no-brainer, mate. $1 mill is good value for Cameron.
  12. So was Cale Morton and much higher. Jack was outside the top 10 and after 84 games, draft selection should have almost no bearing.
  13. I think Treloar would offer our midfield an element we certainly lack and that's pace. But I'd take both too. :D
  14. I enjoyed the start of the season, but I'm with you now.
  15. It could just as likely be Treloar or Shiel, but would love Cameron. Imagine Cameron, Hogan and Dawes as third string. JKH, Salem and Kent at their feet. I like it. I like it a lot. We need to improve that midfield though. EDIT. I'd be happy enough with Patton, but obviously would prefer Cameron. Also, I'm assuming that Hogan would have to ruck in that system? Currently, Pederson does, but Dawes won't want to and isn't suited to it.
