Where did Paul end up? Is he still in Melbourne town?
-
Interesting,,, maybe, following your line, Morrison worked on the finance minister Cormann, to encourage Mutton to have a crack. And the Baroness was also pumped out of a cannon, as fodder for the sheep. I remember the appearance night before when Turnbull came out for the cameras, flanked by Corrman and Morrison. Morrison ending with his boyish support for the PM. This is the whole problem with modern politics, modern business, and modern life... everyone wants, wants, wants. And they all devour one another in the process.

A natural footy mind.

Not dropping him now to late to rest him, other then this bye week. He's an important cog in our transition wheel. midfield distributor. His agility adds defensive pressure to the opposit... and he gives us great help with ball in hand, inside F50. We need him in. I wish we had another of him.
-
They are my preferred choices as well, IF fit,,, despic.

In the end I was glad he left I wanted him gone after his last season with us... sorry, I wanted him gone half way thru his last season with us. And I said so, straight out. I new him and his dad, and I am left disappointed with him, to this day. And I'm glad to say, he is gone. Poison to our efforts and attitudes. We've had far too many of that lazy picky type player in red n blue for decades.

No, I said how do you feel, about jack watts being let go from the club. It wasn't a question about the club. It was directed at you.

Gill wields his power (visas for au pairs & polo players)

Who ? pDutton. -
plenty more fish in the sea, werridee. and some around Plenty, as well.
-
And you did not answer the question of how do you feel about jack watts, now not in our club? FMD, simple question.
-
you show me yours, and I will show you mine ? ! Because when I have an issue with a player, a real issue. I will say it to them, face to face and have done so before, whether that be Fraser Gehrig, or Brad Green, or giles. Been there done that. I call a spade a spade, and a [censored] shovel, just that.

it should not be the headline story of a player who wants to represent the Mfc. We should not care if they cannot read or write as players.... other than to help them from any disadvantage. We should not put 0xford scholars on pedestals,,, whilst the Harmes's and Oliver's are left as an ordinary top bloke and great footy player. Mike Fitzpatrick is an oxford scholar, and rich person financially. And I for one could not give a toss about him. In fact, i regard Brett 'mumbles' Bailey, higher the that [censored] from the Blues. Give me John Fidge, give me Daryl Cox. give me Jacko. all great servants and charactrs of the game. .... and let those grammarians, 'skip to the loo, my darling'.

Your right. How do you feel about Jack Watts, now being gone ?
-
You are very simplistic, Or very mischievous. No one would want a loved player to leave this club. The whole point is, that those you mention, want other players/player-types into the clubs list. The types we are short of. lets see:- Dylan Shiel ? Lachie Neale ? Josh Kelly ? another kid from the draft for our future. etc. The ability to pay for one of these mature elite players;,, is the key to this thread. We don't have very much of 'the ready', to straight out buy one of them, or the draft picks to entice a grumpy club. Enter player trades..... now who have we got that would be able to get us 'the solution', to getting one, or perhaps more than one onto our list, for next year, or 2020 ? It's not about wanting to get rid of Jesse... It is about how do we get other players in.!
-
Nothing is wrong with that player. But it is a lousy reference, to sound out footy players,,,, based on speech, etiquette, curtsy, or how hard the handshake is. It is all irrelevant,,, and at a club which is known for turning its nose up at certain types as recruits, in the past... it is high time this club got its own head our of it's own derrière. That 'IS', Watt is wrong_

shamateurs. sheisters,

Hopefully Hunt can see Frosts successes, and adapt as well; because they were both carrying the ball like headless chooks. Frosty has learned to get ontop of his lapses of composure. So far so good. Over to you Hunty.

I've just been walking thru big-footy rumours. Its shaping the at other rumours have surfaced just in the last couple of weeks or so,,, like Gaff to Cats, and other clubs, etc. This seems to have come out, since around the time Gaff struck young Brayshaw... under duress? I wondering strongly, if WE made it official at that time, to the gaff camp, that we were out of the running, for Gaff. I sense if that's the case, that we have changed our minds, and we have found a different suitor to our needs. A left field one. What chance Cyril ?
-
I think so, 'DD'... Re the gut running... also ANB,,, and to a lesser, JKH as well, as a backup. IF we were into gaff since early on in 2017... a lot has changed within Mfc's list,,, since at least mid 2017... and certainly this season, especially. We are finding a few gut runners now, which was a real weakness for us, in Roosy's days. Gaff was in this equation. We have a need for speed, and they are like gold now, amongst the AFL.

Looks like de melk. can he kick, goals?
-
Yes, but surely the only imperative is that they can play footy, 1st, 2nd, & even yes, 3rd.... I don't care if they're illiterate. We can always send them to school after footy, to learn the alphabet. It's high time this club stopped worrying about grammarians,,, and focused on footy players.... as a priority. Or we will go for another 50 something years, again.

LoL... shakes head... what, like English is his first language, dc? or has he already developed a bloody plum in his throat. Lets let boys be boys, and footy players be footy players, and not spoil therm by smoothing off the edges, just yet... please. Let then have their roughness's. and their aggression.
-
not half happy 'dmma'. I am extremely pleased, and relieved, at the moment. But I am not satisfied with the level we currently play at. I suggest your easily satisfied, going by your tone, judgements, and your words. I am just getting a taste, and am very hungry... nae 'bloodthirsty' hungry. Individual's improvement is a must, or we will stall.

While i struggle to have a clear recollection of my childhood hero... Barassi, I can't help but feel that Harmes is the closest thing we have, to what a young Ronald Dale was like, in his early years. The new position (R/R)being struck, to suit his skill-sets. I think, I see the similarities, appearing. Be ready Harmes, for the taggers to climb on.
