  1. Cam and Kimber work at a local school together. They are worth two extra players. Kimber is one of those next level local footballers that matured late. He has one 4 league BNF's and finished second twice. Both are great guys Cam is a little two good for the level. He could have played for lots of different VFL teams but chose the island as he wanted to take the teaching job he was offered and for family reasons.
  2. We need to accept some stuff about him and then move forward. 1. we weighs 100kg. So he cant run long distances. So no midfield. 2. He is mentally a bit of a sad sac. He drops his head. He has to play as a lead up forward and tell him your job is too kick goals!. His unselfishness is brainless. Good players are selfish mongrels. My favourite bit of the game is when Oliver yelled at him after he did that stupid nothing Chip quick when 70 m out. I could see the look on Olivers face....'Its F'gn wet you D, go for goal' VFL is a stupid thing to do. Because he will dominate at that level.
  3. We wanted may. We needed enough to get may and we got kk thrown in. Say we get a spargo with pick 23. We got may, kk and spargo for one very good player. Overall not just what we got for hogan
  4. He listens to advice. It’s not just him. He backs those around him. We all wanted to get more for hogan. On reflection we won the lever trade. It seemed like lots but it was less than we thought. We also finished above crows. That’s a win. The trade up Oliver pick, win. The watts trade win. i reckon may alone will improve our structure in defence a lot. Gives lever the third man up role. That could win us a flag. Kk for nothing. That’s a win. We probably lost the hogan trade but we won the rest. But in 12 months or 24 months he would have walked. What else could he do?
  5. Anyone surprised that no leaks have occurred? From Fremantle. I think they are holding Neale hard. They did the pick swap for Lobb. They needed that 20’s pick.
  6. Can we get brayshaws brother? Or can he not be traded after 1 year?
  7. The only change I would be tempted to make would be Out: Tyson In: Hunt West coast have two very quick small forwards. The length of the ground and the ability to switch with pace. Hunt looked ok for Casey in conditions that were terrible. I would take a risk.
  8. Also have a close look at the match ups they go with. Drag Stewart back to the goal square. Blicavs up the ground. I am most interested in what they do about Brayshaw. He gets off the chain a lot he may do some damage. nibbler to toughy harmes to Selwood early then danger late in quarters vanders must tackle to hurt
  9. Great career. underrated by many. Funny as well. I hope he does Media. Honestly, He is positive. anyone listen to SEN when he was on last night. very likeable
  10. Hogan is value is high. I would keep him unless some stupdi deal was on the table eg. two top 10 picks. I would be tempted to play him in defence.
