  1. I would be expecting 16.9's. And their 3km time trials should all be under 10 minutes.
  2. we'll wait and see i guess. we wouldn't have got the pick 11 unless there was an agreement that we would on-trade it..so it was never our pick 11.
  3. well im just relaying the message. but miller is nothing(lets be honest)..so murphy for trapper. I guess that seems right.
  4. lol. dont look at me. its just the way the cookie crumbles.
  5. With the Judd negotiations taking place the other 14 clubs have been using this time to also begin trade talks and i have heard from a source(who could well be legit) that a massive trade amongst many trades is on the cards. Like has been said Travis Johnstone and Brad miller as well as our pick 36 are to be carted off to Sydney in return for their pick 11 and pick 43. This pick 11 will then be offered to Fremantle for Ryan Murphy. Fremantle will then on-trade this pick 11, as well as their own pick 7 to lure jed adcock to the dockers who they are very keen on. The lions are also believed to be offerring their 2nd round pick number 24 to get the deal across the line. The lions are believed to be after some more pace through the midfield, and as a result are willing to offer Cameron Wood(who is offically leaving the club) to the Blues who are in desperate need of a ruckman (besides the likeliness of snaring Kruezer). Marc Murphy is who they are after, and the Lions will grab him, after offering Cameron Wood, Sherman and pick 11 to the blues. With the blues losing Murphy, they will be eager to get the Judd deal across the line and being in box position to secure the deal they will be offering their draft pick 3 as well as number 11 (which they acquired from the Lions). Damon White (who they got from Port Adelaide with their pick 35) will also be offered by the blues to the Eagles. Brad Symes has also apparently expressed discontent after being given few opportunties to shine in 2007. In, what I believe to be a bit of a nothing trade. Symes has packed his bags and is heading out to Geelong in what is a rare direct trade with Geelong for Brent prismall. Adelaide has also officially agreed to let Meesen go for our pick 43(as we exchanged our pick 36 with Sydney). The Bulldogs are also believed to be keen on Kane Tenace who they believe will compliment their sizzling speed that they already have going. Pick 37 has been offered for Kane Tenace and the cats seem content with this as Tenace will most likely fail to get much opportunities in 2008 with the cats flag favourites. In the meantime, the bulldogs are playing hard ball with Adelaide(as are Melbourne with Meesen) and are offering their pick 53 alone knowing that the draft pool is a weak one and that they can pick Hudson up in the Pre-Season draft as the other clubs have stated that they are not interested. Jolly will surprisingly remain with Sydney In other news Kepler Bradley will be a kangaroo next year, as they are seeking to build up young key position posts with Lachlan Hansen already there. Petrie will be a bomber with Knights as a new coach apart of the deal that will see the bombers giving up their pick 22 and Kepler Bradley for Petrie. The Kangaroos are after a sweetener for the deal and will be offered pick 34 which was acquired by the bombers are releasing him to the tigers. SUmmary: Melbourne Gain: Ryan Murphy, Meesen Lose: Travis Johnstone, Brad Miller, pick 43 Sydney Gain: Travis Johnstone, Brad Miller, pick 36 Lose: Pick 11, pick 43 Fremantle Gain: Jed Adcock Lose: Ryan Murphy, pick 7 Brisbane Gain: Marc Murphy, pick 7 Lose: Cameron Wood, Sherman, Jed Adcock, pick 24 Carlton Gain: Judd, Cameron Wood, Sherman Lose: Marc Murphy, pick 3 Port Adelaide Gain: pick 35, Brent Prismall Lose: Damon White, Brad Symes Adelaide Gain: pick 43, pick 53 Lose: Hudson, Meesen Bulldogs Gain: Hudson, Tenace Lose: pick 53, pick 37 Kangaroos Gain: Kepler Bradley, pick 22, pick 34 Lose: Drew Petrie Bombers Gain: Drew Petrie Lose: Kepler Bradley, Ricky Dyson, pick 22. Richmond Gain: Ricky Dyson Lose: Pick 34
  6. yeh i know. he is a joke of a footballer..and i've been saying it for years..like many of you know. But he would have the worst clangers in the afl. how was it when he punched the ball straight to akermanis who kicked a goal and ended the match for us. i wasnt even surprised. he does stupid stuff every game.
  7. how insulting are those trades for brisbane. Stop being so biased and naive. Brisbane would want our pick 4 and Sylvia for Adcock. We wouldnt do that..but his worth is about there.
  8. nah. i'm no mottram but i got 16.2 for it. if only i could kick 6 goals 1 instead of 1 goal 6 against saintsational. I do believe that the draftees beep test is harder because the 3km time last year of 9minutes 37 seconds or something...is really hiking compared to their beeps. who knows. Give me Cale Morton, or Rhys Palmer. I dont care either all!
  9. once again...pretty poor performances in the old beep test. Hopefully, they can do well in the 3km time trial.
  10. to and too are two different words
  11. Im worried about Ebert wanting to go back to SA and masten going back to WA. I guess not all players go back..just look at Belly and Rivers so yeh..im going to go with Palmer.
  12. Judd has won just about everything a player can win...and at such a young age. I reckon he just wants a challenge.
  13. Yeh its true. True tragedy. Here is a little story following that. Brock Mclean, Vin Diesel and Arnold Schwarzenegger have all died and are in Heaven. Each of them hope to occupy the seat next to God. God asks Vin Diesel why he thinks he should have the seat and Vin replies, "I believe... I should have the seat because of the virtuosity in my toughness and pride." Arnie says, "I believe... that I should be the one sitting next to you because of all my achievements." God then turns to Brock Mclean, who replies with, "I believe... you are sitting in my seat."
  14. so you go by our ladder position to draw your own conclusions about how hard the team works?...ultimately, if we had a smaller injury list we wouldn't have been bottom 4.
  15. I think our players should be given some more credit. Why would they be [censored] themselves because hard work is ahead of them?..they are afl players..they didnt get onto an afl list without hard work.
  16. you'd take fevola before dale thomas?..considering their ages and our developing list. ur an idiot.
  17. Meh, at the end of the day I'd choose the lexus centre over our facilities...and if I wasn't sure which club to go to..i'd pick the pies too because the facilities is what separates us. Collingwood has a great young list too, but their list almost won a grand final..and ours was bottom 4(despite injuries).
  18. Id take Marc Murphy, Dale Thomas or Pendlebury for pick 4. they wouldnt let them go though.
  19. well Dal Santo would be our best midfielder. please get back on ur meds!
  20. i'm sorry but Pendlebury is a gun. There is a difference between soft and skinny. people often prematurely label someone who is skinny and skillful as 'soft' or 'weak'. Its just not the case. Pendlebury is a gun..and is exactly like a young Dal Santo..in fact probably has done more than Dal at the same age. The pies wouldnt give Pendlebury away for pick 1..or Thomas
  21. Freak

    Robbo

what? he has already re-signed. geez. a bit slow are we.
  22. well. as long as we get another good pick from someone else. maybe TJ
  23. Doggies wouldnt do that. Jamar is nothing. Pick 21 could be nothing. So its practically robbo for pick 5. nup.
  24. I dont care so much that we didnt get Judd..we get to keep frawley( a rumoured trade)..and get to keep our pick 4! If CAC does his job than he should be able to pick up a GUN. You never know he may end up being better than Judd! Dare to dream. Anyway, Franklin has more trade value than Judd anyway. No-one can argue anything else. Franklin is 20years old, kicked 70 goals and KPP. Judd is 24 and injured at the moment.
  25. as much as jonesy has a crack..until he can learn how to kick..im not on his bandwagon. i like petterd more.
