you are all pathetic. 2 years ago, Dunn was being compared to chad cornes. just because the team is getting pumped every week doesn't mean our players are any worse as individuals, it means they have become diabolical as a team. Dunn should be used as a third tall in the forward line(brad fisher style)...dunn is a good player, no doubt about it. Newton is a good young player also. It can't be denied, he kicks a goal every game, presents well and has a straight kick. june last year opposite team supporters were saying that he is our best youngster. He is still up there. The fact that you call yourself 'supporters' is pathetic. You are the complete opposite. The first thing I would want to do during these times where our whole team is not playing well is to create a 'Brad miller- DUD' thread every week but I have restrained myself and refuse to create one!..have some self-control, back the team and look for the positives in our performances...as small as they may be.

2 incorrect statements Franky. For starters, this has nothing to do with me. And the fact that you deem miller as a 'good ordinary' footballer just shows that you have no idea what ur talking about. He is probably the top 3 worst players in the league, given his age, game time given and total matches played. In his 7th season as a forward, and with stints down back: - He has never averaged more than 0.6 goals per game(13 goals in 1 season) - Never averaged more than 1.7 tackles per game. BUT - He has averaged a whopping 9.45 possessions per game from 2002-2007. Find a worse player in the comp. He makes Prestigiacomo look like Silvagni.

rivers, davey, bruce, green, mclean, scott thompson, jones, robertson, newton have all been good picks considering where they were taken. I'm sure there were better players below them but I'm sure most of them would have been top 10 draft picks in their draft pool. As for Mclean, while he was pick 5, ryley dunn, kepler bradley, tenace etc could all have been chosen.

Of course it is insulting to miller if i say he deserves to play Sandy Reserves...but as far as my comments about Miller the fact that you guys are now saying the exact same things as I said 3 years ago is simply embarrassing for you guys and your knowledge about football. And my analysis of miller has always been harsh, i'll admit that...but it's always been accurate and in-depth analysis with game-day examples were often used. Miller's tap to Akermanis in the goal square in 06 or 07 sums Miller up as a footballer. Ball was in the air, Miller was the only one standing underneath it. Being scared of any potential contact by jumping in the air, he decided to tap the ball and he did so.. straight to Aker near the goal square who sealed the match. After Miller had tapped it, he realised he was 20m free on either side and it showed his lack of awareness and over-rated sense of courage. I could provide 100000000 of these examples, but I do not feel like producing a novel or analysing errors...if I did, I would watch the under 14's werribee team.

i'm sorry but NONE OF YOU can jump on the 'Miller is no good' bandwagon. Regular posters on demonland should know that I am the biggest Miller skeptic of all, but a skeptic implies that Miller has some positive attributes when in fact he has NONE. Some of you may know that I drove the 'Miller is crap wagon' 3 years ago and I got shot down by all of you...now look who comes craaaaaaaaaawwwwwwllllling back. Well ur not invited to jump on board my bangwagon now..its too later. Amateurs.

You are severely under-estimating Franklin who admittedly is the most talented KPP in todays league. With Franklin at his best, no-one can stop him so Dunn would just have to hope that Franklin doesn't kick straight. But if you are so keen on comparing capabilities, Franklin is taller, stronger, and quicker. Round 1, I suggest we play Rivers on him(if he is ready), as well as an extra man in defense such as Meesen who has the height and frame as well as endurance to spoil many contests.
