Tough result Gorg. Hell of a game but could have gone either way. These ones hurt. The #1 seed might have proven to be the difference in the West especially with 3 teams all capable of making runs this year. Lame SB coming up.

I would have gone FG but I can see why they make these choices. They back their offense to march the field if it fails, if it works they take the lead. People and coaches see it differently. In a big game I personally like to take the 3 points.

I was surprised. It's just so common now. Guess they were backing the 13 and felt they could get someone open as it has been working. I don't know.

How hard is it to just shut up and walk to the sideline? Would be spitting chips right now if it was us.

Huge penalty, the kind that swings momentum. Riq Woolen breaks the play up to get 4th down, taunts to the Rams bench and gets done for unsportsmanlike, gives up the deep ball to Nacua for the TD on the very next play. Most hated man in Seattle right now.

With Stafford and these receivers I give them a shot to score more. Will need a takeaway on D at some point.

Gee Stafford against the run of play hits Parkinson on a post route and then Devante on a 1v1. An underrated part of great QB play is what you do when overall game momentum is against you.

The hope for the Rams is he's always a dodgy pass away from making us look silly for saying these complimentary things.

Rams need to bring pressure here

Good game of football, I've almost forgotten my hatred for both teams. 2md half will go up a notch

Darnold came to play today. Some beautiful throws.

Pretty bad miss. Was right in front of them.

Darnold will need to throw for more than 120 yards to win this week.

Hate the Seahawks but I love a good 12th man flag raising.

Definitely need yards on the ground. Things are lining up for Denver to win though if they want it. Good field position here.

Romo made an excellent point. Orange is gonna be easier to see in these conditions, white doesn't help.

  22. This is the kind of thinking I can get around. 193cm with good mobility and a reasonable leap. The Jack Silvagni example is a good one. People sometimes think that being a ruckman is all about physical stature and getting 65 hitouts a game but as with anything there's more to it. Some of the best 'disruptor' rucks barely get any hitouts but they negate the opposition ruck and provide something out of the box for them to contend with. Even if he was taking 10% of ballups in a match it could make a difference. Sick of seeing JVR take centre bounces and even going back a few years Ben Brown and Petracca doing ruckwork in the forward line wasn't a good look.

Noticed Lake in the injury report. Thought he just came back from the elbow injury? Good player. Helps to have a safety that plays the nickel well in that kind of defense so that doesn't help.
  24. Not a bad day you got going there DEE Fence. Bit jealous!

Definitely, especially when something that has worked really well suddenly has to change. One of those things that is more a playbook worry than a personnel one. Rams look to be getting healthy as well so I actually have them slight favourites in the week before stakes.
