  1. Great Catch Hussey....pay that one..9 to go
  2. 50 in 36 Balls to Warner!!!! HaHaHa he is right out there... It is still Day 1.
  3. Yes But he Reminds me off a ridiculous Drag Racer....either full on or Dead..But you are right, if he succeeds he will win tests off his own bat....Allen Jakovich reincarnated.
  4. Warner Freaks me out....he cannot play slow, there is still 90 minutes left in the day!!!
  5. All out 161...Now we have to bat for a good hour before stumps....(Gulp) Hang in there for 27 overs....Open properly Batsmen, take the shine off the ball....see them off......
  6. And now 6....V.V.S. Laxative GAWN Siddle again
  7. Huge 5th Wicket!! Well Done Warner & Siddle....needed that one so bad.
  8. I don't think it's ill informed at all..if it happened at the MCG i wouldn't be impressed at all.Leave it alone when the job is done...Let Mother Nature weave her magic from then on....
  9. I would have batted first, but as india is a shot duck i doubt it will matter either way.... 4 down already...could be done and dusted by sunday...but then again....
  10. The bogan behavior i was refering to in this instance was the lying on the pitch with beers. Please do not misquote me RR. It may be a small thing, but it doesn't look good. Have the drinks inside.
  11. Just don't do it. It is not cool, crowd behavior is another matter, and the indians are no better at it than Australians
  12. Why couldn't they just have beers inside. Australian Bogan behavior is so cringeworthy FFS!!!
  13. This book must be published. Seriously i just laughed my absolute head reading that. Thanks.
  14. No not the excuse, but it certainly didn't help. Beamer had the flu and had zero stats when left the ground at Geelong. It all adds up OD The club must work towards standing alone or else the beltings will continue.
  15. Wow!! Both those above catches were amazing...just so quick, as was McGrath's in Adelaide which a mate and i both saw together and reacted in exactly the same way!! Certain words came out in unison.... Anyone see the colour of the Perth wicket today??...Death.
  16. Agree. We were awful last year after Darwin. Yes i know there were other problems but that Top end trip certainly contributed.
  17. Not if this current list and Football Dept get things right. Look at Geelong, in 2001 they were a mess seriously. A lot of this is attitude and careful planning OD. Yes we have a long way to climb but the hand out mentality will always retard growth.
  18. It's not the travel i worry about. But i am concerned about playing football in top end humidity when we play in southern australia for the rest of the season. It is very different and i have only been up there for relaxation. Time will tell, but tthe sooner we can walk away from hand outs the better. Leave that to North, Port, and Footscray...
  19. Perth Humidity is not the same as Darwin or kimberleys.
  20. Which could ruin a season...what is more important as victories will generate $$$
  21. I agree totally. I have spent time in the top end. It's fantastic, but walking from the pool to the fridge can take all day!
  22. Which is exactly why the Darwin game is very dangerous.
  23. Haha!! Bob Hawke taking one for the country. Super effort that!
  24. Well done to Clarke in this game....I was a little worried he had declared too early as the pitch was still batting fine. But he backed his bowlers to do the job. I wish he had beaten Hayden's score though as that 380 against Bangladesh just doesn't sit right. India are a shot duck aern't they....0-4 against the Poms and a similiar result in Australia is now possible. I am still concerned with Warner opening...he could be far more useful at 5th drop IMO. Nice to see a fearsome bowling attack wearing the "Baggy" again.
  25. Haha! WJ...Gold. Write the whole book over the next few months please...
