We were far from Disgraced & our debutant Midfielder ran with G Ablett incorporated & did very well. It was a positive day in a lot of respects. Yes i wonder what happened to the 64 VideoTape of the game. Tape was very expensive in those days so i am guessing it was recycled into the system. Dam shame it would be great to watch the whole game, We must never forget our Champions from that 10 year period. B)

I totally agree. The MFC feels like a real Football club now. Not just the shell of past glories. This club is building again to make New History, that i hope will span over decades. Jim Stynes will be remembered in years to come in the same way Norm Smith is.

Until the Casey Business plan is in full swing we need Darwin as the 2nd tier. Don't forget the Club still has a large debt to pay which includes monthly interest payments that equate to money gone. Yes the fixture needs to coincide with the Pre season break, so that both competing sides have time to recover. But the Concept of MFC being part of Darwin is great-They LOVE Aussie Rules up there so it can only be beneficial. But yes the Timing of the game is crucial.

Good call, but i was thinking more of the new kiddies. Jordie McKenzie has just sort of appeared to we supporters out of nowhere this year. Bloody Brilliant-My sister in law knows his family & says he is a great kid. So i really hope he succeeds because he has worked really hard at it so far.
