There is more room for improvement with Sylvia, a sound body would help, and improvement above the shoulders will happen. DB has the ability to implement these qualities. Not many have discussed his leadership qualities, many would argue Sylvia lacks in this department, some would suggest he has none. This is what he needs to work on, leadership and responsibility. Hopefully the Didak, Shaw saga will open Sylvia's eyes regarding these values as mentioned.
