I didn't think the 'touched' goal video was totally conclusive because of the camera angle. Unless i missed some other camera shots. Chelsea was in a perfect position to see if there was any blue sky behind the ball when it was touched. A sherrin is 545–555 mm from end to end (i.e. thats nearly 22inches on the old scale and just under 2 feet) which puts it a fair way past the post.

same here ben. i was first hooked when i was 5 (grade 1). my parents had no interest (irish immigrants). my kids just didn't have any interest (despite lots of encouragement) nor my wife that's just how the cookie crumbles sometimes i guess i don't know where my obsession came from, it just did luckily, like you my brother is also hooked so I have one family member to talk footy with I'm now working on the grandson, but he's ony three i commiserate
