wonder what oh&s would say about those contraptions. just looking for trouble -
i see you've not read james michener then? he writes extensively of congregationalist missionaries in hawaii
-
don't think papists would be welcome at a congregationalist church, bbo (based on my reading of james michener)
-
wonder if james will hand back his mba and ask for his tuition fees back
-
good point.........i'll back out now and leave it to the kiddies

tacky, dumb, stupid for both sender and receiver. no sympathy for either. can't understand how someone would waste their time writing a blog on this. first world problem.

don't think their partners would be in agreement, stuie. may not be illegal but i thought you had a moral compass
-
that presumably was the conditions that hird had stipulated for an interview. alternative = no interview. plus holmes had enough pull at the abc

what an insult and abuse of the ethics centre

you could always get a spare 2003 scarf and alter the 3 to an 8 i don't think wada could be bothered chasing you on that

According to Lovett though that treatment that Reid witnessed was treatment for a shoulder (i think) injury. not necessarily part of the general supplements program. maybe, just thinking out aloud p.s, it also elsewhere in the article states that the 10 injections were over a few days. so what was it? 10 inone hit or not, and what/how many did reid witness. and what specifically were the injections. article is not well written

i understand the relevance of bringing up the tanking in the context of how the afl "manages" integrity within the sport. but turning the discussion into an afl blame game the same day the players were found guilty seemed to me to be deflecting from the guilt of essendon and the players and served to minimise that guilt or to try and apportion some of it to the afl. there certainly is a need to discuss how the afl handled this and other issues but not necessarily on such a momentous day with just a short time for the program. i'm sure efc were happy for gary to pursue that tangent at that time
-
because you don't go looking for things you don't want to find if they might be contrary to your narrative that covers the efc, the afl and the majority of the media, but still leaves a lot of other interested parties. a mystery, same as the other parties key to the administration of supplements. a royal commission or something similar would be required to even have a chance of finding out what has happened to true independent investigative journalism with the courage to ask the hard questions without agenda? when the state government employs 1100 spin doctors what hope do you have?

the answer to that is yes and no, or "it all depends" -
yes, i had thought something similar. this would probably be in essendon's interest for the 12 remaining players at essendon but what about the other 22 scattered elsewhere (excluding those retired and not working in the afl empire) i'm not sure mfc, dogs, port, saints etc would necessarily be happy with arrangement at their cost. surely there would be an expectation that essendon should bear those costs?
-
not sure it was a loophole, more the threat of going to court and dragging the afl over the coals i thought

assuming suspended players do get some pay, would mfc have a case for the scum to pay melksham under victorian fair trading laws for trading goods not fit for purpose?
