it's a lot of other reasons too, macca. the corruption in the ioc and the whole bidding process, the idea that bigger and more expensive is better, the sheer number of sports that shouldn't be in the olympics and become a sham, the over commercialisation, the confusing tv coverage, government spending/intervention, etc whilst i'm underwhelmed, i will still take some interest in our athletes and certain sports but not get too excited. i can't see much reason for the olympics to continue in these days of professionalism, grand slams, world cups and regular annual world championships mozzie...mozzie...mozzie...oi...oi...oi
