doesn't prove your logic though you would be aware that problems (big or small) are rarely raised at gm's and when occasionally they are, they are generally shut down quickly or fobbed off.

strange bit of logic there, od over the last decade there have been hundreds of issues/problems, some small, some middling, some serious (and you in particular have been quite vociferous on them). during that time the membership has been relatively stable and loyal. using your logic we should conclude that for 99% of members those issues were "not important in the scheme of things" because they didn't "drop their memberships". so all those issues/problems were "way down the bottom of their perceived problems" for 99% of members.
