we don't want 2 sydney sides up the top of the ladder

probably plain ole rubbing liniment

and one other point...........it wasn't behind play, it was in front of play and there is a big difference. jesse was positioning himself the ball about to come down. rowe trying to block him, pushed him in the chest whilst facing away from the ball......i don't call that behind play. jesse's jab was also an open hand. so reports of a punch behind play is wrong and just adds to the exaggeration. he should have got 1 week, that's all but he has to risk 3 just to plead his case

lol seriously lol

and it's all about flavour of the month/year and then a massive over-reaction to make a statement this year it may be concussion, next year it may be broken limbs and some dolt will cop 5 weeks for diving on the ball and taking out someone's legs who will miraculously recover to play the next week remember jack trengove got a huge suspension for a sling tackle and dangermouse kicked 5 the next week in a bog. nobody since has got such a suspension for a sling tackle and all this occurs without the player(s) even getting a chance to defend themselves

you don't get into trouble for having an opinion and colouring the description. what's in it for any supporter?

a bit of coin, huh? and how much is a bit? are you saying he hasn't had a bit of coin already. anyways.....he gets more coin if he honours his contract at gcs17. [censored] won't pay the same bit of coin (officially that is )

it should also be noted that the (reported) symptoms rowe had after the game are not exclusive to concussion. they could have been caused by other conditions. there is currently an over-sensitivity to concussion such that nausea and vomiting are presumed now to be classified as concussion symptoms yes i know, i'm not a doctor, but i've had nausea and/or vomiting playing football without getting a head knock

thanks louie. what specifically determines the "commences his....."? does the central ump raise an arm? hold the ball above his head? or what
-
it technically might have been off the ball, but in both cases the players involved were each pushing/niggling each other so it's not like it was sniping or hit from behind. for what it's worth, although intentional, i don't believe either of them meant to actually strike the head.

weren't even consistent on the same weekend, ditto round 1..................so guess you must have problems with it?

think most posters agree on the guilt, but think the mrp have been excessive and inconsistent in the grading and suspension duration
