Most likely.Hope the Dogs are paying his salary, as he had 2 years left as senior coach. They are paying everyone else's, Griffin and Cooney for starters. -
WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - BRENDAN McCARTNEY

And we have plenty that need developing. -
Looking at some of the recent photos has led me to come to the conclusion that sanctions may be needed. This is the no T$ no Bull $ thread and I am seeing lots of photos of Bulls. Even one of our posters has a dubious avatar. Come on guys get your $h-t together.

33 nearly inside a month.

I'll stick to my blue ones.

You might want to rethink those comments, if you don't know them personally.
-
Don't think you will be waiting forever. BTW, wasn't my girlfriend on successive Boards without complaint?
-
Disagree. If he stays on the primary list, he can't be LTI until drafting is over. That means we lose the chance to draft a kid earlier than rookie stage. If another club jumped in and was prepared to pay his salary this year for not playing and presumably give a longer contract to JT, that is to his benefit. Yes we would get nothing for him, but his loyalty would have been rewarded by us allowing him to get a longer contract elsewhere and move to that club easily. If he stays on our list this year and never plays again for us, how many clubs would give him a contract or trade for him? He would also receive less pressure being on a rookie list and could still receive his full contract payment. A reward for his loyalty.
-
Would think that Tapscott will be the next player delisted, as we need places on the list.
-
Putting someone who can't play for the whole season on the rookie list and fully paying their contract, is not a lack of support. It may in fact help JT, by placing less pressure on him and allowing the club to take another young player, who might not be available, later on. JT might fully support this scenario.

Bombers scandal: charged, <redacted> and <infracted>
Redleg replied to Jonesbag's topic in Melbourne Demons
I find it absolutely incredible, that the players' representatives are now calling on ASADA to speed things up, when it is they and their clients and their clients' employers and their clients' coach, who have delayed the proceedings, using every trick in the book. Talk about disingenuous. If left to Evans, the matter would have been over last year. -
Agree except for the comment that Richmond is a "better" club than us. I know what you mean though.
-
Actually he does. Good get.
-
34 Stephen Newport and Roger Ellingworth among others.
-
Whose leading? Would it be in Paris?
-
Is he attractive?

As I said in the alternative JT can go LTI list and then Jetta could replace him. That would allow us to use 53 or PSD 2 and one more delisting would allow allpicks to be used.I said Tapscott would be delisted also.

35 Thursday.

You haven't got your hand on me.

Gone MC, Chip, Byrnes, Clisby, Nicholson, Blease and Strauss. That is 7 off. On HL, Frost, Billy, Garlett. Jetta to be upgraded That is 5 on. 2 spots left. We have 2,3,40, and 53 and PSD2 in drafts. Therefore to use all picks we need 3 more off. I think Tapscott will be delisted. Evans and possibly JT to be delisted and rookied. JT will probably miss the season and should understand. Both would receive their contracted amount. The alternative to JT being delisted, is for Jetta to stay on rookie list and JT to go on LTI list and then Jetta to take his place.
-
Some fairly decent players getting delisted these days.

Expect to see him at Visy Park soon.
