Thank heavens I haven't breached the diet guidelines.

I played in bands in my teens and now just fiddle around with my guitar and sing for relaxation and to drive Mrs. RL mad. My favourite bands are the Doobie Brothers and the Young Rascals. Both quite different to each other.

I am just thinking of my feeble attempt at the diet, as I chomp on a piece of rocky road. Is rocky road ok on the Paleo diet?

I can, if it means getting paid. Realistically though, it looks like they will come to an arrangement, so that they can move on and free up a spot on the list.

Agree. It is rare for a Coach to slag off at a player the way Lyon has done on Col. They must be very upset and disappointed. Lyon said he came to the first Pre Season completely unfit and has done it again.

It sickens me that Chris Connolly has effectively been hounded out of football, for telling a recruiting meeting that they would all be sacked if the MFC didn't get the PP. Whether it was a joke or not, that comment and that comment alone, got CC supended for a year without pay. That has then led to his virtual expulsion from the AFL. Who did he inject? Whose life did he put at risk? Didn't he cop it on the chin immediately? How many Court challenges did he launch? How many following seasons of AFL football did he stuff up? Yes it sickens me, that CC is lost to football and the Bombers golden boy swans around blaming the whole world, for a system he was ultimately responsible for, yet at the same time taking no personal responsibility and getting paid like a king, while he does so. SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

For those not going, I would expect all of the speeches to be on the MFC site, shortly after the AGM.

No, he or the players lawyers, who were present at the interviews, should have simply advised the players to say no comment, or I object to the jurisdiction of the AFL/ASADA to conduct these interviews. THEY WAIVED THEIR RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE INTERVIEW PROCESS AND APPEAR BEFORE THE FEDERAL COURT AND 4 FEDERAL COURT JUDGES HAVE TOLD THEM EXACTLY THAT.

I am no expert with the High Court, but it is correct that you pay a filing fee and then seek Special Leave from a single High Court Justice to have an Appeal heard. They reject most such Applications.The High Court Appeal has nothing to do with Hird being punished. If the players are suspended I think his position becomes absolutely untenable. The club can deal with that. ASADA can also deal with the club and officials if more than 2 players are suspended for a team activity. ASADA would need to issue Notices against the Club and/ or Officials. I would imagine that ASADA are awaiting the conclusion of the AFL tribunal before contemplating any further move.

One thing I am personally sick of, are the continual statements by people like Dank and Hird, who say they can't wait to set the record straight, tell the truth and give their versions of events. Guess what, they do everything they can to avoid it and stop others doing it.

BTW, did the players call the man who could have got them off, Dank, to give evidence on their behalf? Remember this is the man who said they did nothing wrong and was in charge. Surely he could have given evidence to the Tribunal, to say that they only got orange juice injections.

Any High Court Appeal would most likely be after the Tribunal decision, so why would you even contemplate it? The High Court would also not be dealing with the AFL decision either.

Just get the feeling Hird's legal stoush is being funded by others.
