    I meant signing Kozzie.

They might have a bigger priority.

Thank you so much. It will be treasured.

No self employed, so it’s leave and door slams behind me.

I am trying to keep that feeling at bay for a few more years. Trying to reach 50 years in the same job. Not sure why though.
  7. Just on that Video, Moir looks great and that 50m both feet kicks is special. Also Archer Reid a quick 201cm key forward, good below his knees, could be a very good 3rd key forward for us. Plenty more to see and exciting times ahead.

I think we need another young key forward and Kozzie type and then mids or best available. We will need more than JVR and Jefferson, if he makes it, as key forwards. Hopefully the Kozzie type becomes a little less important, after the original signs a long term contract extension with us.

Don’t think we have played at this time on a Saturday that I can recall.

Well actually no, as they have followed the stables moves to Pakenham and also Cranbourne.

Whately summed up the McKay finding as follows: I have never heard such mumbo jumbo in my life. I have, in the Cripps Appeal last year.

About the 3rd time they have spent millions on consultants who nominate the 2nd in charge for the top job. Farcical.

    Looks like you were right.

What are you talking about, both AFL executives were sacked and the papers plastered it all over the front and back pages. Lost their jobs for having workplace affairs.

Personally I would agree with that, but under the current rules “potential to cause injury “lifts the grading and that is it.
  16. Good analysis Bob. Added to the other factors several have mentioned, it all adds up to poorer team performance.

Well tbh when I saw it, I thought a week. A giant runs in and uses his forearm to strike a smaller player on the side of the face, after he has got rid of the ball. Could have been a broken cheekbone, or even a concussion, when he didn’t need to touch him. Could have pushed him, or grabbed him, or actually not touched him. No need for an unexpected forearm to the face/head. Thats not footy.
  18. Probably all contributing factors. We are always told by clubs it is “culture” and “player buy in” that are so important and very possibly Freo are suffering on both fronts.

Boys must be accumulating plenty of frequent flyer points this week.
  20. Another interesting thing is his form so far, is about the same as last year for us. Getting a a heap of guaranteed money, can also affect the mindset of a person as well. Maybe the determination and hunger to succeed is affected, who knows. He now has enough money to retire on and properly invested that will increase. He has a flag. Maybe he has nothing more to prove. Then his new team mates may not get the income they should get, because he has received a large amount of the cap and they have lost mates who have been moved on to fit LJ in. It can all lead to a total breakdown and we can hope it does. I note that Brayshaw is also not playing at his best.

    Good solution.
  22. Longmuir said that after round three, that they recruited him for the rest of his career, not his first three games. I just don’t think he wants to single LJ out and discuss him.
