Unfortunately, choco's job turned into a whole club affair – there was no time left for the younger players.

Didn’t have to wait too long for that! Still think it was short sighted to play TC or AJ in the ruck – they are not getting any younger/taller/faster. It was pretty obvious that a few were marked early on. Club needs to work on development.

Good luck to all of these guys. It seems like most of their cards were marked early this year. Possibly some investment should be made in a development coach?? Not sure if there was a lot of that going on.

Not sure what Heath gives that Verrall does not, considering the 2 extra years? Having TC as 80% ruck time would not be very conducive to any developing player with only 30 minutes per game. He is having a hell of a season though. Hopefully Casey can win it again this year. Guess we will know more at the end of the finals.
