Lions for me. At home. They've learned.

That middle of the Gabba ground is suspect for knees...

Jeez that was a millimetre away from being a Brisbane goal and all of a sudden it's a cats goal.

Win or lose tonight, Brisbane are 100% chokers with the way they're playing.

Much as I hate Geelong, I think we want them to come back here don't we?

Why don't teams tag Coleman? It feels like it would be super easy to take him out of the game.

I'd like to conger things as well. Sounds cool! ( even though I don't know what that is )

Tom Hawkins has been absolutely invisible so far in this game, poor 120kg diddums.

Brisbane's knack of last second goals is uncanny. #GeelongTime

Do you think the Dees are the real deal or not? If yes, then you want Geelong to win. If not, then you want Brisbane to win.

Geelong is defending really well and the Lions aren't necessarily taking their opportunities, but you'd think the dam wall will burst with the amount of supply the Brisbane forwards are getting.

Gained way too much weight. I really hope for football's sake that Luke Jackson doesn't do the same. NicNat and Jackson and their like need to be lithe swift ruckman, not overweight lumps.

I didn't watch the whole thing but the one thing he did that I think is realistic for his skillset and physical attributes was where he crashed a pack and roved the crumb, dished it off to a more skilled distributor who laced out a real forward. I think that's the best we can hope to get from Grundy in the forward line at the moment.

The existence of a stuffed fixture and teams like North and West Coast are why I think a judicious wild card round might actually be a good thing. It would stop teams with a soft draw sliding into 8th based on clubbing an ammo-level side.

The Eagles are firmly within the 190 band right now. Here's hoping

Harmes playing well too. I love his link up play, though I reckon Woewodin might have stolen his spot.

Excellent work by Grundy. Crashes a pack at CHF and roves his own work, then a quick dish off ending up with the Shack directly in front. That's his bag. If he can break packs and follow up quickly it's the best of both worlds for him.

You can go ahead and put a red line through your furrowed brow now mate!

Bontempelli carries this dogs team like no other. Case in point: Bont wins a 50/50 ball in the backline, kicks 50 metres to a contest at CHF. After 10 seconds of his much less skilful teammate buying time managing to hold the ball up long enough for Bont to get there, Bont collects the ball and speeds away blasting it from outside 50 and missing. It's like a primary school football game with Bont as the one good player in a sea of kids who have been told to just "get it to Bont"
