Richmond have a team full of them... So yeah, you can have enough.

It bet it looks pretty nasty...

LH - I don't mind. How pathetic is this - I actually felt guilty that I hadn't updated this thread for everyone...

Jesse Hogan re-signs to end of Season 2019
rpfc replied to Lucifers Hero's topic in Melbourne Demons
No, but I did play a game with him back in 2011 when he was fat. No idea what to do with him so we put the best mid I have ever captained on the half back flank. He had 50 touches and won the game for us... -

Jesse Hogan re-signs to end of Season 2019

This may lose my anonymity but my 31 year old self doesn't care as much as my 21 year old self. I coached Ainslie Reserves. One year, won the flag, undefeated season. Never doing it again... Too much work. -
Sorry about abandoning this thread for so long, I will fix it up when I can.

Jesse Hogan re-signs to end of Season 2019
rpfc replied to Lucifers Hero's topic in Melbourne Demons
Jeez, thanks for the searching party thread... I got promoted earlier in the year at work and then I stupidly agreed to coach a reserves team up here in the AFL Canberra so my free time was minus hours... Getting back in the habit now with trade week looming...- 409 replies

Jesse Hogan re-signs to end of Season 2019

If he is on $800k for the next 3 years as reported - we are paying well below market for him... 3 years is a lifetime for him to do some onfield damage with his mates. -
Play your role - there is your minimum standard. Moving the goalposts on this bloke so you don't lose an argument is petty - he either plays his role as a high HFF/third tall and keeps his spot or he doesn't.
-
Ok, changes made.
-
Oh, can we go another dizzying trip in semantics about how he has been a 'dud of a pick' up until he wasn't? Joy.
-
Source? If it is decent second hand source, I will take it.

What a special time for a young girl who wants to test themselves and see where it might lead. To those condescending half the population - they are also half of the AFL's audience and contribute to your club and to your game.

We didn't want to keep him. And now you see why. Read between the lines.

I would give them credit if it took a week and a half to figure out. It took half a season...

Salem should be on a wing from next year hopefully.

Nah, mate, they need to be kept in check.

I did not spend 15 minutes looking for that...

The Jesse Hogan Panic Room - all contract talk here

No, why don't you stop warging about and leave earlier?! Fn Starks. The only Stark I trust is Tony. Just sign the Accords, Steve... (That's a lot of pop culture right there...)
-
It means I am not certain of their contracts - I am guesstimating.

There are not too many strong clubs in that list, rjay. But I guess that is common with high picks. My point, however poorly worded, is that we have had to ask more of Salem than what stronger clubs ask of their kids. We put him on the HBF as our primary ball user, we even get him to take the kick outs most of the time. His third year has been down, but I reiterate - Salem has not been a disappointment.
-
Salem to date has been disappointing? His equivalents at stronger clubs would not have had to play him so much in his early couple of years. The beginning to his career has been solid and the fact that he has been dropped has less to do with his drop in form and more to do with the team's increase in form, and talent, and standards, and expectations. Salem, has had a disappointing 2 months, that's it.
