  1. He can take his mate Lever too. Both too slow and fumbly now, both are great at finger pointing and mouthing off to teammates, then next play stuff up themselves. Both great servants of the club, but time to move on. Mentioned elsewhere lock in Petty and Turner down back for the next 5 years.
  2. I’d be trading May and Lever before Petracca and Oliver. So overrated those back two. Put Petty and Turner down back for the next 5 years to form a great backline.
  3. May to never play full back again please. Isn’t fast enough. Try him forward next year.
  4. Went along today maybe expecting a side keen to impress any potential new coach. All I saw was a team lacking in confidence, any team cohesion, and terrible skills. Hawks skills are chalk and cheese compared to ours. Trac is so fumbly now, it’s a real shame. Lot of work ahead for whoever is brave enough to take the big job.
  5. Completely agree Kozzy. Green rehashed the same argument over and over. Didn’t say we expected to be playing finals. Didn’t say forward entries were still the same 3 years running. Didn’t say membership numbers were dropping. I can’t believe the amount of times we bomb it inside 50 hoping for the best. Since 22 until now. The brains trust Goodwin, Williams, Chaplin, all other assistants, couldn’t figure it out. Goody you’ve had time to fix things. An easier draw this year, limited injuries and still think we are close, yet we sit 13th with 7 wins. Time to move on.
  6. Petty loves a ‘pre’ goal celebration. Takes a mark, happy with himself, high fives teammates, then misses a sitter. Just kick the goal, then celebrate Harrison. For reference, Brian Taylor is his heyday, very funny.
  7. Max could be on the AAMI ad “I’ll see you at the footy” where the girl says “shanked it”. Perfect person. He’s a putrid kick for a professional footballer with access to the best coaches in the land. Surely he could hire someone privately to fix his technique? Or is it “nothing to see here”, put fingers in my ears?
  8. Goodwin stubborn. Williams filling his super fund for years. May should cop a lip from his teammates for letting 7 goals in, like he was quick to give it to Max last week. Avg footy club.
  9. Goodwin has got to go. How many years have these players been bombing into 50, they honestly do not think. If they are instructed to do that, even worse. Watch Pies other end, they work for each other.
  10. So true Stevie J
  11. So 15 minutes into the game you could tell we were ‘OFF’. Why the F can’t they turn it back ‘ON’. Can’t somebody in the group stand up and say ‘follow me’ when that ‘OFF’ day seems so apparent? Letting 6 first quarter goals in is not good enough. The white flag seems to come up pretty quick.
  12. Saints are just as much a rabble as us. They are just as likely to do a 180 next week, just as they lost to Eagles a few weeks back. Both BOG ordinary football clubs.
  13. Too many back slippers at this club. They have a few wins and suddenly think the wins will keep coming. And as always we are slapped back into reality when expected to perform. Pizz poor. Collingwood will be kicking their lips.
  14. Is Goodwin the right guy?
  15. Is Chocco in charge of skills? He has been bleeding us dry for years filling up his superannuation fund. And the May-Lever dynamic duo is long gone, both way past their best. We are where we are on the ladder because we aren’t that good. Simple. Mid range AFL team.
