    To move from a team of mediocrity they need to get rid of mediocre players. You're only as good as your worst player on the day. So they just HAVE TO get rid of both McDonald bros. Useless. Zero form, zero competitiveness, zero skill. Might have stamina, but that's pushing it. Bundle them up with a couple picks, the Wagner bros, ANB and Smith, then go find a key forward who actually makes a contest and a clean kicking half back flanker. Wishful thinking, but take a 'King' type forward, and a Luke Ryan type from Freo to compliment Salem, and I believe we'd be set, albeit with a 'ruthless' mindset...

    It seems to me that it's the team's confidence that is the problem. Goody seems to yoyo between defensive submission or chaotic attack. Sometimes it works if the balance is right and reward for effort is obvious. But when the team gets stuck in defence mode, it just bleeds confidence.
