balls to Thursday night. I'll be on a flight back to Melbourne so will miss if Ralph is right.
-
bombers very handball happy. handballs to nowhere. pies will win this easy.
-
Have a sneaky feeling the saints could spring a surprise. They've been playing pretty well recently.
-
I’d do it. Jvr and Allen would set up our forward line for a decade. Dream team pairing. wont happen though. WC are trying to rebuild. Makes no sense for them to trade their best young player.
-
I watch clips of footy classified from time to time. The whole point of the program is to be controversial and stir up debate. I wouldn't get too caught up in it. And i don't mind Cornes. He's not a bad analyst. Just ignore the hyperbolic stuff he comes out with. and anything he says about Port because he's hopelessly conflicted.
-
He's not worth talking about
-
I don't like long contracts. i think 2 years extension is the right call for all concerned. Well done Goody and MFC. Looking forward to another flag or 2 over the next few years.
-
We're running out games beautifully. best performed 4th quarter team in the league according to champion data. No obvious reason to rest anyone imo.
-
Good player. Great hands. iffy set shot. He was dropped at the start of the year. Not sure whether due to form or attitude. not good either way. then got a bad injury. I don't think he's quite what we want. I'm thinking another key to play alongside JVR. He plays more as the third which is Fritschs role now.

Reckon we exchange for their future first. Fire up the deathride again

Please keep an eye out for our giant heads

how does someone steal a giant head. they're not very inconspicuous. -
thoroughly dislikable football club. I hope they crash and burn.
-
thats very wrong. Security would throw you out for shouting that out at the G.
-
@WalkingCivilWar a dees supporter behind me yesterday referred to mcvee as “knuckles”. Never heard this before. Do you know the background to this nickname?
-
his defensive forward work is elite. never gives defenders a moments peace. very strange the way he can't get his timing right to take a hanger. always flies too early.
-
He's been fantastic. Another JT special. And settled in Melbourne too apparently. None of this I miss mommy and want to go home nonsense.
-
One more game to fine tune before finals. No one will be rested and we'll be trying to win for sure. Let the cards fall where they may. If thats a trip to the Gabba, so be it.
-
Eagles took the first step in changing their culture yesterday. Harley Reid trophy be damned. wins more important. If they can get a proper s&c program and performance manager in place, get recruitment right they'll be on their way. My bet is they will rise up the ladder quicker than North.

Bombers will get the blowtorch this week (along with the dogs). They will have to put up a fight otherwise the natives will burn down the hangar. They’ll make the pies earn the win and you never know.

Death Riding Fremantle 2023 - Feathered Cap Edition
BDA replied to adonski's topic in Melbourne Demons
I've really enjoyed having a team to barrack against this year. Meant I had 2 games of genuine interest each week. I would love if we trade in a future first again this year. Perhaps some deal with Essendon. How much fun would it be cheering on the bombers to finish in the bottom 4? -
No one will be rested next week.

After watching Sydney fade out badly in the last against the crows I reckon we’ll beat them. I also think pies, lions and port win their games as well. That being the case it’s the pies in the QF at the G. I’ll take that.

She was a loudmouth clown. Best avoided in my experience.

i agree on Tommo. Very slow, caught behind his opponent a few times and dropped marks. Impacted some contests but I thought he was poor overall. I get that we have a great record with him in the team but i think it's a case of correlation rather than causation.
