Crows recruitment team have no idea. Poor drafting and illogical trade targeting. Second only to Essendon for worst recruiters in the league.

There is no dissent in Rugby Union. And it's not because the referees are better at officiating than our umpires. It is not tolerated pure and simple. Give the referee backchat and you go in the sin bin to cool down for 10 minutes. Down a man is a big disadvantage so guess what. there's no dissent.

So dissent is easy to deal with really. It's just a question of the will to stamp it out. You penalise players until they learn that dissent isn't worth it. They will learn quickly and adapt the same as they do to any other rule change. It's just a question of the will to do it.

Mea culpa coming up. Thought Petty would have been better served having a spell at Casey to regain confidence. He was excellent last night. Marked everything and was a very important cog for us.

We can win this game. Tough slog last night and playing off a 5 day break so won't be at all easy but Carlton have had a very difficult schedule. 3 games in 13 for them against quality opposition. they'll be tired as well.

No idea how the FD have planned around this but other than billings, who is in poor form, I'm not sure they'll rotate to manage fatigue
