Knocking Gus out was at least a 7 point swing. Collingwood lucky to hold on.

A good win against a good opponent. Very happy with that performance. Saints forward line is dangerous and their midfield matches ours. Winning against them shows we can beat Collingwood, Brisbane and Port Adelaide in finals if we play like this or better.

If Port Adelaide lose to Collingwood (Collingwood currently 28-2 second term), will that provide some much needed perspective around here? You would think we were 1-9 and still being coached by Mark Neeld, the way some carry on.

Adelaide played very well and we almost beat them despite being a little off. We are 9-1 having beaten Geelong, Richmond, Sydney and GWS. Life could be worse.

Looking forward to the Bulldogs and Brisbane games.

My partner and I have recently moved to Sydney for work and we’re already missing the game day experience.

Is there anyone that lives up here that get together for game day? Is there a pub renowned for showing the game?

I get that the media doesn’t trust us yet and that Sydney have been a champion team for years but what I don’t get is the hypocrisy. I guess it’s just anything for a story huh?
