  1. Keilty will get a chance up forward tho to see if he can squeeze his way in.
  2. With all these added key defenders and the loss of Hogan I would bet good money on Dec being swung as a Forward next year. Its his original position and hopefully a few years as a defender will do him a world of good going forward. He can kick straight and the small number of times he played forward this year he was pivotal for Casey.
  3. Well deserved. I was sitting in the table with his parents and they were in tears.
  4. I think an important thing to know that many people don't, is that Hogan and Fyfe are super close mates.
  5. Gutted boys. We tried, we really did but we couldn’t finish.
  6. Of the AFL listed, only Keilty and McKenna are yet to play an AFL game so you've seen the other guys. Keilty - has had a really strong second half of the year, was relatively quiet last week but was best on ground vs Geelong in the qualifying final so fingers crossed he steps up and has a big game today. McKenna - was a high draft pick and ex U-19 Australian Cricket Captain who has been plagued by injuries, has shown some glimpses of skill so keep an eye on him also. Of the VFL listed, Corey Wagner the ex North Melbourne player and brother of Josh has had a strong year, Jay Lockhart looks like a gun in the making and will probably be drafted this year, Jimmy Munro probably won't get passed VFL level but he is good to watch and loves the contest, and Machaya, Freeman and Lefau are all young guys pushing their case.
  7. Security Control Room Operator actually, work at the Train Station so ill leave here and walk straight over to Etihad for the game
  8. After today’s disappointment on the back of a phenomenonal year, I think we all need a big Casey win tomorrow. It’ll be tough, the boys will be down and the Hawks have a good team in, but I’ll back our boys in. Please get there to support the boys on their day!
  9. Well boys it’s been a fantastic year If we win this it will be a miracle
  10. Don't forget, good chance Bailey is super tired, played all but 1 game in his first year on an AFL list would make anyone pretty sore and tired this time of year. Would be interesting to see his running distance/effort numbers, they might have been down the last few weeks.
  11. Yes, no Schoenmakers. I was worried he was gonna drop back and give Keilty a real problem. Expecting the Casey defence to be really dominate now.
  12. I know there would be good reasons to replace Fritsch but imagine if this means he won’t play in the Grand Final? Gutted for the bloke
  13. F*** Poor Dion. I know it was a stupid act but I don’t think he actually meant to hit him in the chin. I wonder who will take his spot.
  14. They will take 2 emergencies to Perth, but they'll fly back Saturday afternoon to be able to play in this game. King won't play (hasn't played all finals series and it seems his time is up) and there's a good chance McKenna will get up, so 12 listed. Last time we played the Hawks we had 8 listed vs their 20 listed and held strong until half-time when they ran away in the second, so even with a few Hawks players back we are in a better state then last time we played them. It's gonna be a tough game but definitely winnable.
  15. Johnstone suspended for 1 match http://afl.com.au/news/2018-09-17/suspension-rules-demon-out-of-vfl-grand-final
  16. How many listed players played for BH yesterday? I’m trying to work it out but I don’t know any of the Hawks players haha
  17. Box Hill, with the Hawks now out of the AFL finals I think they will loose a few AFL listed blokes who won’t qualify for VFL finals
  18. We were tested and tried but were held on!!!! Bring on the Grand Final!!!! Just FYI Keilty copped a decent knock to the hip in the first that’s why he might’ve seemed underdone for the game
