A slow injury prone nutter.
NEXT
The club said they would go for an untried youngster ahead of a reject in the PSD anyway.
-
No chance on Cousins the club has already said no and he wants to go to saints or pies
That's because he would immediately get drug tested if he said that he wanted to go to the Demons.
-
I'd like to be a fly on the wall at a Richmond meeting.
"We are not doing well enough on the field changes have to be made. I know what? Let's poach Melbourne that's the model to sucess"
-
Carroll must go.
Aussie must be promoted (rising star nominee, 2nd in the goal kicking).
Valenti shouldn't be promoted especially with this new rule introduced.
-
What about Wall from Casey. Only 21 198cm key backman was in the VFL team of the year, won their B&F and was impressive in the televised game against Sandy earlier in the year.
-
he reminds me of Daniel Ward, but not quite as good..
How do you get that?
Ward was a tough nut who couldn't kick.
Lonie is a fairy who can kick.
-
Quit bagging players out guys be open to suggestions. Ryan Houlihan in my opinion is the best kick of a football in the AFL. Have a close look at how he plays. Some players are tough and some aren't. We need some players like Houlihan who can receive a ball and hit a target. Not every player has to be as tough as nails.
If we are not the laughing stock of the AFL now recruiting Houlihan will seal it.
-
Nathan Lonie was delisted, grew up a Melbourne supporter! Only 25 and has plenty of run off half back, he to could possibl be a handy pick up. Any thoughts?
Imagine if we recruit both Lonie and Houlihan what a tough backline we'll have then.
-
How stupid are Richmond just when they look like they are getting back on track they recruit Melbourne people.
-
But we must, MUST, build for a Premiership now. We need high quality experienced players to make us a feared side to lead us up the table!
Pick one national draft!
What has that got to do with Houlihan? We may as well bring Grgic back.
-
Prismall would be your #1 midfielder if he was on the list
From the same person who said Carroll was a star at the start of the year.
He isn't a quarter of the player Brock is.
-
My wish list would be:
1. WATTS
17. MCKERNAN
19. ROUGHHEAD
35. HALL

disgraceful for the MFC
for a club who sad they are trying to base themselves on hawthorn- picks 1,17,19 and 35 won't do as much as what it could've for the club had we
A) realised brad greens trade value and actually traded him rather than wanting him to sign for 2 years of consistent footy that would achieve no premiership success- an let him go to a club that would have a chance
B ) realised that hawthorn were ruthless in this situation, and we shouldve traded wheatley, cj, jamar, bell- who all attracted interested from more than 1 club respectively.
a poor week from the club
and it obviously means no more delistings
which means robots like bartram and carroll are still on the list
Are you related to Magic in some way?
-
I'm happy we didn't trade.
I wasn't ever going to be to fussed about Green staying or going.
Warnock is overpriced and Prismall has a dodgy knee so we haven't lost all that much.
Prendergast will now be the most important man in the clubs history. He has to keep recruiting young kids and considering what Cameron has done to the club he can make no mistakes because we haven't got the time. If he fails like Cameron we will have no club.
-
He'll be lining up at full back for the Dees in round 1 next year. You heard it hear first.
AND LAST STAY OFF THE [censored].
-
We should just go for the best young kid available. The last thing I want is a over priced reject at the club like Warnock will be.We need Prendergast to do what he's payed to do and that's recruit the best youngster's available.
-
Matthew Bate
Cons
- orange hair
Trade him now before it's 2 late
I don't think much of Jones but Bate is a better player than what you think. He had a bad hamstring injury early in the year so he wasn't at peak fitness through out the year I think his form at the end of the year showed that. If his form is similar next year I would consider it but not now he still has too much upside. Sylvia should be traded before him.
-
Green for Stokes and Prisnall.
Geez. Geelong will pounce on that.
Does Thompson and Bentley sound more realistic?
-
Ok. For starters there is no chance in hell Green will get us a premiership player and one accoring to Neil Balme was a certainty to play this years grand final. Green wouldn't even fetch us Stokes himself.
Premiership player means nothing remember Heffernan how great was he? He wouldn't be in their top 15 players. The deal probably will never happen but not for the reason you mentioned.
-
GREAT ANOTHER CARROLL
-
What about Green for Stokes and Prismall. We couldn't get a first rnd pick for Green last year I can't see it changing. Geelong haven't been happy with Stokes last half of the year and especially the GF and Prismall wants out throw in a 4th rnd pick if need be. I'd be happy with that.
I can't see us having anyone talented enough to get pick 4 even if we pakaged them all up. I know someone who went to the Collingwood B&F and was adament that Didak was a certainty to go to Port for pick 4 and Swan was going to be captain next year. Time will tell if he's reliable or not.
-
didn't say they were not a rabble, but you've gotta take the lows with the highs
WHAT HIGHS ?
-
The game has passed ruckman by. 95% of the time they either hit it anywhere or it falls at their feet unless they kick goals they are useless midfielders make ruckman not the other way around. Why they still have 2 ruckman in a team is beyond me it's just a waste of an interchange spot I have always thought teams would be better off playing an extra midfielder so they can have an extra rotation so they can run teams off their feet we done that a few years ago when Jolly and Jamar were injured and we were playing like the best team in the league playing only White and having Miller and Holland give him the occasional spell as soon as they came back we didn't win a game.

Dean Bailey and the rest of the coaching staff have no idea about football as has been proven by their pathetic voting.
I thought you loved Bailey?
New Midfield Coach - Mark Williams

Another no name promoted at the club. That will get the members excited. I suppose Bailey doesn't want a coach with a higher profile than himself which is almost everyone. I've never been less optimistic about a new season in my whole life. Bailey is killing this club the sooner he goes the better. If we have a season as bad as this year then god help us.
