  1. And then there were eight. I really think we can roll the pies. Tmac will come in for Milk. We have struggled with an unsettled and injured fwd line all year. Won't make much of a difference. First and foremost we are a defensive unit. Tmac in will also free up Jvr. We have played them once this year in a finals type environment and we beat them. Moore will be underdone and Daicos will be out. My main concern will be slippery conditions in a night game. Win this and I reckon we will go all the way. We go in with better form.
  2. Never understood this either.
  3. Yep the Thursday night. We usually get a good number to the Anzac game. That's a Thursday isn't it? I don't get to many as I live interstate. Not opposed to the idea but given cfc were minor premiers they should bet the premier time slot, which is Friday.
  4. Surprised there's not a lot of pushback from cfc. They usually get what they want
  5. He gets a week off though. But I imagine he would be tired.
  6. Thursday night is a huge hassle for interstate supporters.
  7. Pies might be a bit ambitious with Moore.
  8. Yep. Wouldn't be playing in a Qf if not for Melksham.
  9. It's cos pies fans don't have to front up to work the next day.
  10. Score review like watching the Benny Hill show.
  11. Carlton are done of gws score next.
  12. Bedford and Hogan look good
  13. And their so called passionate fans Give me a break. 10 weeks ago they were after blood
  14. Carlton throws. Play on.
  15. Hard pressed to find another club with feds injured. This year .. Fritta. Bbb. Tmac Petty Now Milk. And Grundy didn't pan out
  16. Oh no Poor Milk. Bloody hell.
  17. That's the problem with winning streaks. They have to end sooner or later.
  18. And Carlton lose to gws two weeks in a row please.
  19. Apparently in between gathering and his hand hitting the ball he calls for some water and checks the clock.
  20. I did think our backline tackling was poor today. Between Rivers, May, Lever and Bowey there was a grand tackle of one tackle. It was very unusual. Props to Anb who had twelve. And Kozzies in our fwd line was great.
  21. Jvr was quiet but always does enough somehow.
  22. Apparently Tmac was good today at Casey. We couldn't ask for a better comeback for Fritta. Don't mention the foot. If Milk is Ok than we have gone from a suspect fwd line to a dangerous one.
  23. Forgot about Nibbler. Outstanding final quarter.
  24. Milks injury takes the shine off it. But it was still a tough win. We seem to get caught napping after half time and don't make things easy for ourselves But I reckon the fitness of Trac, Viney, Rivers and a couple of others always helps us grind these games out . It was Sydney whose tackles weren't sticking in the last quarter and despite having a key fwd to down, we kicked five in a row.
