Salem or Zac Jones is a tough choice but I reckon Zac could be as good as his big brother in a few years injury free . We need to be bigger than one player . Take the pressure off the kid make a statement by saying we are happy to wait until they are ready to talk . I would also propose a deal that would not be super long term as he doesnt know if he will be back in w.a sometime . Offer a deal that takes him to the free agency window and hopefully he stays after that. Good will and open dialogue and if he goes he goes . If something goes wrong and he wanted to be traded it would be messy as compensation would massive .
