MFC wont be paying out any contracts unless there a serious behavioural breaches (eg Carroll). You dont just pay out contracts willy nilly. Further if you pay out the contract, you pay out the contract and you have no future say in the player's future moves. Its a drastic step that wont happen. More thought needed

In the state he was in I doubt Fev would have listened. He clearly had no regard for those he compromised. I agree with Queen C. Your attempts to qualify the collateral damage and behaviour of Fev is odd. There are allegations that he was also involved in physical confrontations with some of the people you strangely believe should have taken responsibility for Fev. In those cases people like that should be left to the wolves. Fev needs to find his own bottom of the well to turn his life around. Just stop at the " Yes he is responsible for it all" and look smart. Expecting others to take responsibility because you cant or wont is a dishonest and massive cop out.

Thank God its Carlton's fault for a while I thought Fev was involved. I think Fev's past behaviour had isolated him from most people at Carlton. They owed him no favours. First and foremost the person himself is responsible for his actions. The rest is self serving excuses.

We werent a crap club in 1998 because in addition to White and Shanahan we got Ox, Tingay, Lyon and G. Lovett back from long term injury. Pretty big gets. PJ is contracted. Buckley Bartram McNamara and Cheney will be wondering. Miller and Jamr recently re contracted for one year. If we dont get Ball then the same outcome. Spencer will be elevated. McNamara could be delited but re rookied. Cheney and Bartram are most exposed here.

25 with OP is about 30 without it. The issue is that he has said he does not want to play for MFC. He might have to change his position I would be happy to take him for nothing in the PSD. He mightn't be. As Old points out he could still go for pick 30 to the Pies or earlier if someone trumps up the money and Ball wants to go. MFC are still along way from the box seat on this.
