This topic is very close to home for me as I lost my father to melanoma cancer just over four years ago. Its not easy to watch a loved one die with this disease. Good luck to the facility with getting access to the drug trial.

I get the feeling like Rudd he will not make it as PM for one whole term. Once he can not blame someone else for the worlds/Australia's problems what else will he do? And why the ALP have Rudd as Leader again is just mind blowing. Did they not know Roos was available to lead their team to victory? Well their loss is the MFC's gain!

I am not sure if I can get there this week end as the wife away at her gold mine so may not head home this week end. But will watch it on TV if I can. I remember driving for 24 hours to see them win the 1995 Flag (previous win was 1975) and they were the underdogs. How great is a Grand Final win especial when it takes a few years to achieve! The Falcons finished second but one win more then the second and four teams. Claremont has always been our boggy team (Jessie Hogan is from Claremont). Is it too much to ask for a real coach at the MFC and a Flag in the WAFL all in the same year? I tend to always support any team that has Blue and Red regardless of the sport.

Now for more good News the Mighty Falcons are playing for a spot in the WAFL Grand final on Sunday. I am hoping for more good wins for the red and blue war machine.
