NO MILLER, NO WARD, NO GODFREY - AT LAST!

No Yze, Bruce, Whelan, Rivers imagine if we had these players back as well

Miller, Moloney should be traded

Why do twits keep saying 'trade'? If the third bottom team don't want him then why would a good team?

Trades just dont happen in any useful sense for second rate players.

where we are on the ladder is not the true indication of where our side is at you twit

We are a very good team! things haven't gone our way this season

Trades of second rate players do occur, the afl is full of second rate footballers. Just because the player is second rate doesn't mean a player doesn't have the potential to be first rate or fit into or fill a hole at another team. We traded Brent Grgic he was third rate, Whos a twit?

And we have been down this road a thousand times now........

ive said it once before, ill say it again, we are better off without miller. we have won 4 games without him! go on have a cry you miller lovers! he is crap and all he deserves is to be playing with himself instead of playing with the team.

I am not usually one to get particularly snarky, but seriously what a lovely contribution to this discussion, you must be very proud.......

And while I have come to agree that Miller's days are either numbered, or at best extremely limited at the MFC, that was completely useless.

And that attitude is the aspect of the ongoing Miller discussion that has always [censored] me the hell off.

I will never be able to understand such apparent hate towards one of our own players, no matter who they are, or what they do.

Nor will I even try to make heads nor tails of berating those that try to support players under fire from everyone.

So for gods sake please, grow up.

Sorry had to say it... we look a million bucks without these 3 in the team..

I really hope we trade these guys at season's end.....

I agree that says it all

  • REPORT: Hawthorn

The final score in Saturday's game against Hawthorn was almost identical to that from their last contest three months ago. Melbourne suffered comprehensive defeats in both games, but the similarities ended there. When they met in Round 9, the Demons were resurgent, seeking to redeem themselves after a lacklustre start to the season. They approached the game with vigour and dynamism, and were highly competitive for the first three quarters, during which they were at least on par with the Hawks. In the final term, they lapsed into error and were ultimately overrun, but the final result did not accurately reflect their effort and commitment throughout the match.

  • CASEY: Box Hill

The Casey Demons ended the regular season on a positive note and gained substantial momentum leading into the finals when they knocked the Box Hill Hawks off the top of the VFL ladder in their final round clash at Casey Fields. More importantly, they moved out of a wild card position in the finals race and secured a week's rest as they leapfrogged up the ladder into fifth place with their decisive 23-point victory over the team that had been the dominant force in the competition for most of the season.
