The demons' kicking is deplorable.

The rest of the footy world sees it in our goal kicking and i50s, but those of us that watch every week know it affects everything we do.

We cough up 1-2 goals a week by missing targets in the middle of the ground and deny ourselves so many scoring opportunities through sloppy disposal. Our leaders and best players are the worst offenders.

The problem is that no one takes responsibility for this. The club and its coach say things like "we're not where we want to be, and we're working to get better". Well, that is the right thing to do when you're not where you want to be...

...but there's been no taking responsibility for how we got here in the first place.

The buck stops with the coach on this one. Premiership or not, producing a team with this low of a skill level (after 8 years in charge) is a sackable offence no matter what the talent level of the list or position on the ladder.
