Streakers Made a comeback to AFL

Featured Replies

Police wish to speak to a Man who streaked in the Dogs v Dockers game, who was wearing a Borat Man Kini.

Talk about funny. I think its a shame that the AFL and other codes have outlawed the streak. The rule should be if you get caught on the ground you can cop the fine but if you get off and back into the crowd your ok, Its great entertainment.

I was at the grand final when the Dee's lost to the Hawks in 88 and the only highlight was a female streaker doing the dash.

Wheres the fun gone ?

I was there too and that's about the only thing I remember about the game - I have blanked the rest out.............

I think there should be an age limit too - nobody wants to see Granny streaking.........

  • PREVIEW: Essendon

Not long ago, the narrative surrounding Melbourne was steeped in pessimism. There was some concern among the pundits (and even some fans) that the club would arrive at the AFL’s Gather Round still winless, vulnerable to a familiar adversary in the Essendon Football Club, and facing significant scrutiny from an ever-critical media on a national stage. Things have changed.

  • REPORT: Gold Coast

Steven King astutely identified the issues that had plagued the Melbourne Football Club over the past two and a half seasons when he auditioned for the newly created coaching role. The side that had claimed the 2021 premiership had become stodgy, slow-paced, and hesitant to take the initiative.
