In relation to issues relating to matters being currently litigated between the Melbourne Football Club Board and former Board members, we reiterate that we have a long standing policy in place that Demonland will not be used as a place to debate the merits of either side.

It should be noted that some commentary on the subject might be deemed in breach of the law & possibly defamatory whilst at the same time affecting mental health issues on all sides & including possibly some of our players & club staff.

Out of respect for all involved, we have closed all discussion on the matters subject to litigation & to allegations about our players & the culture at the club.

Our moderators are constantly monitoring our forums & we reserve the right to delete posts that offend against our above policy & indeed, to ban posters who are repeat offenders or who breach our code of conduct.

We will also monitor the situation & will advise if and when this position is reviewed. Thanks for your assistance & understanding.
