It depends on whether you want to stand outside, everywhere will packed in Richmond because of who is playing both games

You are better off in my opinion to head to Gertrude or Smith St in Fitzroy then walk thru East Melbourne to G

If you want pre game 'atmosphere' though stick to Richmond, Swan St is the best place for this, all the places are more or less the same on game day
