The club are very judicious with their marketing and promotion and rarely send direct texts.

If I got 1 a week I'd be a bit annoyed but happy to get one every now and then.

Agree they are normally judicious but got this one wrong. The point has been missed my many in this thread. Marketing content needs to suit the channel of choice and it doesn't on this occasion.

More than happy for jonesy to promote directly via mobile channels for mfc content and other channels for sponsors.

    Very new in fact, been a mfc member for 25 years. Many have made similar criticisms that I have so if you want to be precious go ahead. Happy with mfc and the playing list but the management decisions just this year have left a lot to be desired
