Oh Nigel, where can the IQ have gone?

Symptoms of Vitamin B12 Deficiency

  1. mental fogginess
  2. problems with your memory
  3. mood swings
  4. lack of motivation
  5. feelings of apathy
  6. fatigue and a lack energy
  7. muscle weakness
  8. tingling in your extremities

One of the most important functions of vitamin B12 is building the myelin, which insulates and protects your nerve endings, and allows them to communicate well

my my Nige, maybe a really big dose of, dare I say, B-12 Vegemite...... just may help you replenish your myelin

7.30 Report reports that Vegemite cannot be used as a base for drug production. End of beat up! Move on.

I wasn't having a go at the news reports, but of a parliamentarian going with a very public denigration of one of our proud Aussie home grown products.

Scullion's lack of investigation into the truth prior to becoming publicly involved is the issue in this, causing an international embarrassment & damage to that Aussie branded product.

not what pollies are for, I would have thought.

  • PREVIEW: Fremantle

The dominant storyline coming out of Round One for Sundayโ€™s clash at Optus Stadium centres on the influence of the big men. The spotlight naturally falls on two elite ruckmen who, five years ago, shared the stage in Melbourneโ€™s memorable premiership triumph.

  • THE STATS FILES: St. Kilda

As part of the effort to trim the runtime of the regular podcast, weโ€™ve been looking at which segments could be reshaped without losing what makes them valuable. One segment that naturally came into focus was Binmanโ€™s Stats Files. Not because it isnโ€™t important; quite the opposite. Itโ€™s become such a substantial and much-loved part of the show that it deserves a little room to breathe.

  • REPORT: St. Kilda

One of the big stories of the AFL off-season was the spending spree of Melbourneโ€™s Round 1 opponent, St Kilda. They splashed out heavily, first to retain Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera - the hero of last yearโ€™s epic come-from-behind miracle victory -turning him into a $2 million man. They then effectively took out an expensive overdraft to recruit a string of expensive players from other clubs. It was a risky investment strategy and, although itโ€™s still early days, it certainly failed to pay off in Sundayโ€™s season opener, with much of the glitter turning to foolโ€™s gold.

Never in doubt!!! In Steven Kingโ€™s first game at the helm of the Melbourne Football Club, the Dees outlasted Saints in a wild, momentum-swinging thriller at the MCG, running out 13-point winners.
