Port Melbourne v Casey

Featured Replies

if we werent playing the Suns this week id leave JImmy to continue to play good footy at Casey, but i reckon he will come in this week

I would leave him (Toumpas) another week.

We need to return to hard contested footy ahead of the Richmond game... we need all the most experienced, & mature bodies, with the best endurance we can muster against the Suns.

I'd look at bringing in some more skilled players against the Tigers so we can open them up. and we'll need more inside grunt against the Tigers,,, so I would bring in Magner or couch this week to acclimatise them.

So to me this week I'd bring in 3 musts, Inside Mid (Magna), Tall marking Forward target (Fitzy), Tall Forward mobile (Dawes)... IMO thats the most the team can afford to change in the interests of settling the lineup.

You can really make a fool of yourself at times, why don't you ask your contacts in the FD what has been holding Davis back from getting a senior game.

It is not a myth that his kicking has been his weakness, I think his decision making in the games I have seen suffers more from poor execution. The idea is right but the application has been poor. Now if he is getting that side of his game together that is great because I don't think anyone doubts that he has a red hot go and would love to see him bring that to the AFL team.

I think so to, & it appeared he was somewhat distracted last Year, for some reason. IMO he wasted last year, for his development.
