I am not sure if this has been posted elsewhere if so my appologies.

Liam Jurrah was one of the MFC better players when at his peak,

Is Liam just another casualty within the Melbourne football club

Or just another Victim of his on circumstances

"Former AFL football star Liam Jurrah today abandoned his bail application and has been remanded in custody to appear in the Alice Springs Local Court, by video link, on May 29.

Earlier today Magistrate David Bamber was told that Mr Jurrah, now on three charges of aggravated assault and one of unlawfully cause serious harm, wanted to change his bail application from Hermannsburg to Yuendumu."

Its sad to see any player end up in this situation, but does it still have relevance or is he now off the radar fully?

Give it a break.

The club has done a number of important issues poorly over the past 5 years.

The handling, support and assistance to Jurrah was as much if not more than a Club could possibly do.

In this instance the Club should be congratulated for its handling of Jurrah all the way through.

But it's a 2 way street and the issues Jurrah has are his issues.

The club did fulfilled its obligations here.

one of the most professional things the club has done. all kudos to them for that is one of the negative things we handled very well for a change
