the document is less than 50 pages and should not be treated as a recommendation by the club but as the framework that is to be administered to avoid the club from total failure.

Principle 4: safeguard integrity in financial reporting

Principle 5: make timely and balanced disclosure

Principle 6: respect the rights of shareholders

Principle 8: remunerate fairly and responsibly

Change is definitely required at the club, and these 8 principles will help the change run smoothly.
