Tomorrow the president must call a full board meeting and sack Schwab first and foremost,

then call all the players and coaches into a room and tell all player regardless of contracts their footballing futures are all done and they must prove to the club to keep them.

If that means taking them to another club for a pick that is a steal for the other club, so be it, they are all so pathetic that they don't deserve to play AFL, lucky for 22 of them, we must field a side each week.

All coaches should be told that they too are on notice and that the chances of the, being here at years end is minimal, but they will need to coach their arses off so another club may, may want to ale them on.
