Match Report An even dozen volunterers tonight & results were solid considering that these people had not been members in 2012.

Tx to Tim, Geoff, Steve, Judee, Trish, Michael, Peter, Judy, Dave, Catherine & John who produced 27 member signings.

I got ZERO & probably need a week down at Casey.

Steve Grimes - Dad of Jack - has given us a celebrity volunteer, whp will be in Monday into May.

A repeat tomorrow [Tuesday] night would be great.

Match Report Tuesday 23rd

Big thanks to Michael, Dee, Dave, Julian, Geoff, John, Steven, Judith, Peter, Cheryl and Trish.

A very good night, 12 volunteers and 32 renewals. And a lot of these sign ups were lapsed members, that hadn't signed up last year, but have now signed up for 2013, so great work and thanks to all.

There was even a brand new Baby Dee member signed up by her Mum (before her Tiger Dad was able to), whose grandfather played for the Demons in the 60's, and got the 31 after Barassi left (info thanks to Tom from the Membership Dept and Demon Wiki, definitely not my knowledge / memory).

To TSFKA. You dont have to actually do the phoning to help here. Just shoot me your email & I will include you in "Match Reports'.

One never knows who u will run into, down the track, that u might refer as a future volunteer.

Welcome all supporting parties to this process as we make this D2D grow into a valued contributor to the clubs growth. .

Volunteer results to 24th April are:

-Total volunteer memberships sold 448

-Total revenue from calls made by volunteers = $61,453.27

-4,983 calls have been made over 14 nights

-30 Volunteers have come in over this time.

Wonder what can we achieve by the 2nd week in June cut off???

1000 memberships .... probably too hard by early June, but ??

$100.000 revenue ........we should slip past that within May. Maybe $130.000

10.000 calls ................. would require the max of 15 volunteers each night. Possible??

MATCH REPORT Tuesday May 21st

Bigger than expected turn out Tx to Trish, Stephen, Geoff D., Dee, Catherine, Sarah, Peter, Julian & a new combatant in Trisha (or is it Tricia).

A great result with 19 sign ups of 2011 lapsed members, plus a few more MCC affiliates – who have been terrific.

The 33.000 target is going to be super tough but the flame still flickers.

Only Monday & Tuesday of next week left for the year & a supreme effort from us collectively might add another 50+ to the tally.

Last chance. Be there if u can. Geoff/19

Monday 27/5 & 8 volunteers including Dee, Daniel, Peter, Trish, Michael M., Sarah & Geoff D.

Signed up 23 to my amazement.

The MCC/MFC affiliation members are very generous considering the time of year & prevailing winds.

Tomorrow (Tuesday) is the last night of this project. Great if we can make it a big one.

12 yes twelve volunteers turned up tonight & we complete all the clubs databasing at 7.30pm. What timing.

And would u believe 26 MCC affiliate renewals at this late stage of the year.

Tx to Steve G, Steve M., Geoff D., Peter, Daniel, Catherine, Julian, Sarah, Cheryl, Danielle & Trish. We ticked over the 600 mark of D2D sign ups at 6.20pm tonight. Trish wrote up that one.
(Apologies came in in from Dave & Michael M - families before club - Tx for trying)

Peter Jackson was in again & expressed thanks to all 34 volunteers who attend this year.

It goes with out saying that volunteering D2D is not an easy ask right now, but the success of our group has put a big smile over the gloom that pervades the club.

We are becoming a strongly bonded group & the club will now be counting on us in to the future. Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Tx to all D2D volunteers that made it last night & those that tried to be there.

25 volunteers & we exceeded the target set for the night.

Several hundred members that agreed to take the club's emails & strengthen our sponsorship value.

Great work team.
