After his first season at the Club, Josh has worked - and is continuing to work exceptionally hard in all facets of his game to develop them to AFL standards. He has earned respect among the playing group and coaching staff for the way he has prepared, and the attention to detail that he goes to in order to ensure that he prepares like an AFL player each week. Josh played the first and last games of the season at AFL level, which will give him a great insight into the way he needs to prepare during the upcoming pre-season.
