Just had to start me own thread for once, as well [censored]!

Reality is - the only team of note they have beaten was Saints, and we were with them the whole game! We've beaten the same they have! Lost to Cats/ Pies (coz they are legit inferior) and wait till Hawks/ Eagles - guaranteed losses!

Cannot BELIEVE how much the commentators were gushing over Judd/ Murphy - if that's the best they've got, well our 2nd string side ain't far off!!

I legitimately believe MacDonald was the BOG... no single Carlton player did anything of note - and if Judd/ Murphy's 3-good/ highlight plays count for 3 votes, then now we know how Bronwlow's are decided!

Was supprting the boys the utmost, but after that "umpire agreed non-goal" it was all for naught...("I am certain it was a Melbourne goal" - "well, why don't we ask 3 dudes who were nowhere close and aren't goal umpires, just to make sure...?")

Need to drop:

- Maric - pathetic disposal

- Petterd - 1 kick,1 goal??

- Bate - just lost it, how could this happen??

- Morton - needs to realise, THIS was his shot!!

I genuinely feel we gave it a real red hot crack all nite, but for some jaggy bounces, would've been within striking distance

Loved Jones, Sylvia, Green, Moloney all 1st half - but went missing when it counted!

Chipper is without doubt the best backman in the game! Can even matchup with a 4ft dude wearing 44XL shorts!

Apart from factoid known going in - ie we need our 8 best inj out of 22 going into any game - this proved nothing!

I have great faith this is the start of a plugging-away mentality which will carry us far...

And if you say different, i will legit bet you $500 that Carlton will NEVER win a flag in Judds playing career! His solo skills mask a team which, at the end of the day, has O'Figgin Halpin as their key fwd! Gimme a break! This season is about 3 teams, and the rest fighting it out for pride...

best part is - Blues supporters think they're onto something...

L-O-L!!!

Yeah well Ive had a few drinks too, so I will reply to your first thread and good on you for en-lighting us! Yep I agree with a lot of it, except for a few bad bounces bit...I think we did have a red hot go, for a lot of the night and took it up to them and had we a decent game plan with a few chops and changes then.....but hey half the team out ....so we never expected a crushing win....a la pearl harbor style.....and yup Carton are kidding themselves and Im probably, (probably)... glad we didnt get Judd for that reason alone.. that he can actually lead a team of crap and make em look good....I want our problems addressed!..as im sure do we all....and yeah chipper is... a rare player ..that can go a nine foot marauding forward 1 week, or a three foot midget the next... (i wish we still had Buckley).....and yup the best part is Carton..sorry ..Visy board cheats sorry chris the new job after footy... Carton do actually think they are onto something....and thats great!!

i'm impressed you actually edited your post!

Simon Buckley?? Yeessh - that is really reaching!

i think we have the strength, with that 2nd string side + 48 injuries, to do some serious damage in the future - and that was realistically all we could hope for tonite!

Oh, and Jurrah going tha hard ball... but dreams are just that!

Watts looked good!

and if Kareem Abdul-Jammar had been knockin em down to Molones = game overs!

Sorry, i'm contractually obliged to mention Air Jurrah once a post..

That being said - seriously - remember when he had a legit top 4/ 6?

Top 2010

1 Collingwood

2 Geelong

3 St Kilda

4 Western Bulldogs

5 Sydney

6 Fremantle

7 Hawthorn

that was just last year!! Now it is a top 3 - with a bunch of stragglers/ never-will-be's!

If ever Philly Dee Bailey had a time to capatillise.....

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round.
